Abstract: El proyecto "COMERCIALIZADORA DE REPUESTOS ALTERNOS", no pretende ser por el momento un gran contribuyente a las soluciones de problemas identificados dentro de la demanda de repuestos originales de la marca Toyota, pero sí ser un aportador en pequeña escala a las economías de la población que requiere este tipo de repuestos que brindarán la misma garantía como un repuesto genuino. El proyecto comprende varios ítems relacionados con la producción, comercialización, importación, precios, demanda, oferta, así como la publicidad adecuada para llegar al cliente. Estos diferentes temas se encuentran debidamente detallados en los cuatro capítulos que comprende este estudio, así como, también en lo que respecta a lo cuantitativo se especifican en los anexos los mismos que son parte integrante de este proyecto. En el capítulo I, se presenta un análisis por menorizado de la Situación Socio económica del Ecuador, en el que se detalla algunas variables importantes relacionadas con la situación en la que el Ecuador se encuentra atravesando, seguidamente en el capítulo II se presenta el estudio integral de cómo se encuentra el mercado automotriz, ya sea con las importaciones y la producción nacional de vehículos; además en el capítulo III se hace constar un aspecto relevante que podría considerarse como la parte sustantiva del proyecto, en razón de que para tener la seguridad de el éxito hay que presentar el debido estudio financiero con su respectiva evaluación económica, lo que ha permitido garantizar la factibilidad y ejecución de la Comercializadora de Repuestos Alternos. Finalmente se presenta las debidas conclusiones y recomendaciones que ameritan ser observadas y llevadas a la práctica
Description: The project "COMMERCIALIZING ALTERNATE SPARE PARTS", does not intend to be a major contributor to the solutions of problems identified within the demand for original spare parts of the Toyota brand, but to be a small-scale contributor to the economies of the population. which requires this type of spare parts that will provide the same guarantee as a genuine spare part. The project includes several items related to production, marketing, import, prices, demand, supply, as well as adequate advertising to reach the customer. These different topics are duly detailed in the four chapters included in this study, as well as, as regards the quantitative aspects, the same that are an integral part of this project are specified in the annexes. In chapter I, a retail analysis of the Socio-Economic Situation of Ecuador is presented, which details some important variables related to the situation in which Ecuador is going through, followed in chapter II, the comprehensive study is presented of how the automotive market is, whether with imports and domestic production of vehicles; In addition, chapter III shows a relevant aspect that could be considered as the substantive part of the project, because in order to be sure of success, it is necessary to present the appropriate financial study with its respective economic evaluation, which has allowed to guarantee the feasibility and execution of the Alternate Parts Distributor. Finally, it presents the appropriate conclusions and recommendations that merit being observed and put into practice.
