La situación migratoria en el Ecuador

Abstract

Somos un país inminentemente receptor de migración, Colombia y Perú son nuestros principales proveedores de migrantes, sin nombrar toda la gente que llega del resto del planeta, nos hemos acostumbrando a que tres o cuatro acentos de un mismo idioma, se escuchen en un lugar, poco a poco, Quito y Guayaquil, se están transformando en metrópolis receptoras de migración, como lo son las grandes ciudades del mundo. Podremos seguir enfrentando este fenómeno social, con una escueta política migratoria, leyes que no regulan la realidad actual, trámites que se vuelven interminables, en definitiva con un marco legal y administrativo, no apto para los índices de migración que se manejan en la actualidad. El presente trabajo es un aporte al Derecho Migratorio Ecuatoriano, en el cual he tratado de recopilar los puntos más importantes relacionados con el tema, los cuales son importantes en el desenvolvimiento profesional. Pero todavía queda mucho camino por recorrer, el estudio de esta materia, necesita la contribución que se ha dado a otras áreas del Derecho, ahora más que nunca lo necesitamos. En estas circunstancias, el aporte que demos cada uno de los profesionales que nos desenvolvemos en el área del Derecho Migratorio, será de vital importancia para el perfeccionamiento de la materia, y la especialización de cada uno como Abogados de esta rama del Derecho.

The present work is a contribution to the Ecuadorian Migratory Law, in which I have tried to collect the most important points related to the subject, which they are important in professional development. But there is still a long way to go, the study of this subject, needs the contribution that has been given to other areas of law, now more than ever we need. In these circumstances, the contribution we give each one of the professionals that we we develop in the area of ​​Immigration Law, it will be of vital importance for the improvement of the subject, and the specialization of each one as Lawyers This branch of Law.
