Análisis de la importación de hilo y su impacto en el proceso productivo de la empresa SIMFATEX, ubicada en Quito, durante el período 2015-2016

Abstract

El presente proyecto titulado “Análisis de la importación de hilo y su impacto en el proceso productivo de la empresa SIMFATEX, ubicada en quito, durante el período 2015-2016”, busca determinar los beneficios del hilo importado, frente al nacional, por lo que establece la necesidad de aumentar la importación actual para mejorar y mantener la calidad del producto final. Al momento la empresa SIMFATEX no tiene problemas con la importación de hilo ni en el proceso de la misma, su producción está cubierta con el 60% de materia prima importada, pero espera aumentar este porcentaje, buscando nuevos mercados que aceleren la entrega del insumo y en un mejor precio, sin bajar la calidad del producto. En la primera fase se analiza el problema de investigación, donde se desarrolla la formulación y sistematización del problema; se concretan los objetivo general y objetivos específicos; el marco teórico sustentado por conceptualizaciones apropiadas al tema. En la segunda fase se describe el método usado en este trabajo que es el descriptivo, aplicando además técnicas de recolección de información como entrevistas a expertos, encuestas y tablas de producción y de importación. En la tercera fase determinante para la definir la viabilidad del proyecto, se planeta la hipótesis, prueba de la hipótesis, demostración y la evaluación financiera. Para esta última se desarrolló el concepto de beneficio/costo fundamental para comparar la situación actual de la empresa y la situación aplicando la propuesta. Al final se identifican las conclusiones y recomendaciones provenientes de todo el análisis desarrollado.

The present project entitled "Analysis of thread import and its impact on the process of the SIMFATEX company, located in Quito, during the period 2015-2016 ", seeks determine the benefits of imported yarn, compared to the national, so it establishes the need to increase the current import to improve and maintain the quality of the product final. At the moment the SIMFATEX company has no problems with the import of yarn or in the process of it, its production is covered with 60% of imported raw material, but hopes to increase this percentage, looking for new markets that accelerate the delivery of input and at a better price, without lowering the quality of the product. In the first phase, the research problem, where the formulation and systematization of the problem is developed; the general objectives and specific objectives are specified; the theoretical framework supported by conceptualizations appropriate to the subject. In the second phase we describe the method used in this work that is the descriptive, also applying information gathering techniques such as interviews with experts, surveys and production and import tables. In the third phase determining the viability of the project, the hypothesis is planted, proof of the hypothesis, demonstration and financial evaluation. For the latter the concept was developed of benefit / fundamental cost to compare the current situation of the company and the situation applying the proposal. In the end, the conclusions and recommendations from the entire analysis are identified developed.
