Description: The present work was developed with the objective of designing an Energy Management System for Metallic Suquillo Companies, using the procedures of ISO 50001: 2011, for the permanent control of energy resources. For the design, energy consumption data were collected, which were: electrical energy, thiñer, LPG and lubricating oil corresponding to the period from May 2015 to March 2016. Using the Pareto diagram it was identified that the consumption of electric power and de thiñer are the energy agents that present the highest percentage of expenses for the company. The Control diagram was made, which will help to monitor the consumption and verify if they tend to increase or decrease. With the help of the Energy - Production diagram, it was possible to verify that the selected data were measured in a correct way with a low error rate, for electrical consumption the result obtained was R2 = 0.9692 kWh, for the consumption of thiñer it was R2 = 0.9977 gal. In the Consumption - Production Index diagram, the number of metal towers that should be produced was identified, to avoid the increase in expenses per unit of product, this value has a minimum point of 23 and a maximum point of 50 towers, In the same way, the amount of painted area was established to begin the painting process with a minimum point of 380 m2 and a maximum point of 2000 m2.
