In Spain there is a single window of municipal services, the Land and Housing Company tends to do something similar but not equal, hence the sectional organizational relationships that exist in Europe and specifically in Spain, in the main cities and municipalities, refer to a gradual planning; in Quito, the case could not be applied with the same rigor but focused on the same objective, since there is a parallel Municipal Water and Sewage Company and others that works under the legal protection of the Metropolitan District of Quito. |
