Description: Recognizing that our country is currently experiencing an economic situation of recession and unemployment, where economic resources are difficult to obtain for start a business that allows you to quickly recover the investment and then get benefits that sustain the project, it is necessary that we analyze technically where and how should we invest to maximize the benefit? Recall that many multinational companies started as businesses relatives, in which their resources were the basis of their future. In our country many households need to improve their economic situation, for this reason it is necessary to know business that can be carried out with minimal investment. Unfortunately, despite the importance of small and micro enterprises in the national economy, it has suffered the necessary support to overcome its current restrictions such as poor access to credit sources, limited capacity to management, and incipient technological development. The present work shows that the coturnícola activity is profitable, because its cost of production is low, there is no need for qualified labor, or large facilities; so that it allows a realistic approach to the benefits it brings to the citizen common to own a business, constituting a light of optimism in the family life of many Ecuadorian homes.
