| Description: | The agro-economic study on the cultivation of the Malanga was carried out in the Santa Rosa Canton of the Province of El Oro, in the southern zone of the Ecuadorian littoral. The objectives of the work were: 1. Provide basic management and export information of the Malanga. 2. Determine the production costs of the cultivation of Malanga 3. Establish the SWOT analysis for the cultivation of the Malanga. |
