| en_US |
dc.description.abstract | The human being in his beginnings was a nomadic being and it became easy prey of predatory animals, natural threats and of very adverse climatic conditions; This led him to look for a safe, stable and adequate place to develop. From the sedentary lifestyle, man sees himself in the inescapable need to expand his creative borders, to establish the fundamental precepts of architecture. Progressively, social nuclei are formed, making housing and its environment develop; Therefore, it was necessary to produce specific spaces that satisfy the needs of the new activities by applying the ancestral baggage of knowledge. With the passage of time and social evolution, housing is not only the solution for a safe shelter; it is also the emotional refuge and cradle of home education in which customs and traditions have been transmitted. At present, housing is the conformation of spaces that are harmoniously related; providing comfort and comfort to users to meet their simple and expanded needs. To analyze the housing problem, trips were made to different rural sectors of our country; It was observed that every inhabitant has a place to take refuge, but not everyone has a home that meets the minimum architectural conditions to meet their needs and requirements. The deficit and shortage of this typology in the country is evident, but the problem is worsened by two basic factors; the lack of a professional technical address that responds to the ancestral baggage, customs and traditions of the users, providing indispensable spaces for them to develop properly; in addition to the lack of economic support to promote welfare, productivity and positive development in the communities, through joint work between sponsoring entities and residents. | - |
