| Abstract: | El tema sobre el cual voy a desarrollar la presente tesis, se relaciona con las concesiones viales en el país y dentro de este marco general se estudiará el desarrollo Económico-Financiero que permita la mejor rentabilidad para los tres actores fundamentales de este proceso, como son: los usuarios de las vías, el Estado que es dueño del patrimonio vial nacional, y los concesionarios. Para todos es conocido que el país está incursionando lentamente en la modernización del Estado, razón por la cual es interesante conocer detalladamente estos procesos que son innovadores en el país, al no existir mayor experiencia sobre este tema, el trabajo que desarrollaré en esta tesis será un aporte significativo para conocer detalles de todas las variables macro y micro económicas y financieras que son los insumos fundamentales para establecer un equilibrio económico. |
| Description: | The topic on which I am going to develop this thesis, is related to the road concessions in the country and within this general framework the development will be studied Economic-Financial that allows the best profitability for the three actors fundamental aspects of this process, such as: road users, the State that owns of the national road heritage, and the concessionaires. For all it is known that the country is slowly entering into the modernization of the State, which is why it is interesting to know in detail these processes that are innovators in the country, since there is no greater experience on this subject, the work I will develop in this thesis will be a significant contribution to know details of all the macro and microeconomic and financial variables that are the fundamental inputs for establish an economic balance. |
