| Zusammenfassung: | En el Ecuador de inicios del siglo XXI es muy difícil conseguir financiamiento para macro proyectos, ya que estos, necesitan de una inversión muy alta para su planificación y ejecución, tal es el caso de la Presa Mazar, el trazado del OCP, los aeropuertos de Quito y Guayaquil, proyectos regionales de riego o la red vial nacional, entre otros. Una alternativa de financiamiento es la Titularización , mecanismo que funciona en varios países de América Latina y que aparece como una novedosa e interesante opción para impulsar el desarrollo del país, amparado bajo el marco legal de la Ley del Mercado de Valores, cuyo organismo de control es el Consejo Nacional de Valores |
| Beschreibung: | In Ecuador at the beginning of the 21st century, it is very difficult to get financing for macro projects, since these, need a very high investment for its planning and execution, such is the case of the Mazar Dam, the layout of the OCP, the airports of Quito and Guayaquil, regional irrigation projects or road network national, among others. An alternative financing is the Securitization, mechanism that works in several countries in Latin America and that appears as a novel and interesting option to boost development of the country, protected under the legal framework of the Market Law of Values, whose control body is the National Council of Values |
