Proyecto de prefactibilidad de un programa de voluntariado dirigido al mercado internacional

Abstract

Hoy en día el voluntariado tiene un gran alcance a nivel mundial ya que es una forma más de ayuda a personas que lo necesitan en los diferentes campos y tipos de necesidades, los voluntarios no ven su actitud como una donación sino como un intercambio de vivencia personal donde las dos partes se verán beneficiadas de una u otra manera. Es por ello que se ha mencionado en el aspecto económico de este trabajo que el voluntariado es considerado también como un ingreso mas al PIB de cada país y siendo hoy conocido como capital social de las economías. Considerando la gran aportación de ayuda social de estos programas surge la idea de una empresa enfocada al voluntariado para extranjeros que les interesa aportar grandemente sus conocimientos, habilidades, y financiamiento para llegar a cada propósito personal del voluntario. Esta empresa ha creado una forma de de atraer a personas interesadas en este campo proveyendo un servicio de calidad y a vez que sea aceptado satisfactoriamente por el visitante teniendo un estadía muy agradable, entretenida y sea considerada como un viaje placentero de buenas experiencias que recordaran por mucho tiempo, Los voluntarios serán alojados en familias ecuatorianas amigables y dispuestas a brindar un buen servicio, Las instituciones donde prestaran sus servicios son analizadas de acuerdo al requerimiento dl voluntario.Igualmente se prestara el servicio de enseñanza del idioma español y quechua con horarios a conveniencia del voluntario, seguro medico, tours de bajo costo diseñados con un enfoque en el voluntario. Teniendo a su disposición permanentemente personas para responder cualquier sugerencia, y necesidad.
