| Abstract: | El estudio analiza la factibilidad de un proyecto de una Ferretería con Servicio de Post-Venta ubicado en la Parroquia Belisario Quevedo perteneciente a la ciudad de Quito. Se determina que en el sector habría cabida para este proyecto debido que el 81,90% de los habitantes del sector encuestados les parece conveniente la instalación de una nueva ferretería en el sector y el 97,49% contrataría los diferentes servicios que brindará el proyecto. El proyecto brindará a los moradores de la Parroquia Belisario Quevedo, una cantidad grande de artículos de ferretería, y acompañado de un servicio al cliente muy personalizado y serio. Además ofrecerá personas altamente calificadas en una gran variedad de servicios que un cliente puede necesitar en su hogar para el mantenimiento del mismo; que sean de gran honradez en los diversos trabajos a realizar para que la persona que contrató este servicio se sienta completamente satisfecha. La oferta para el caso de este proyecto, son todos aquellos locales destinados a la comercialización de los productos y servicios anteriormente mencionados que estén ubicados en el sector a estudiarse. En este caso, no existe competencia directa debido a que en la parroquia no existe una ferretería como la que se propone en este estudio. |
| Description: | The study analyzes the feasibility of a hardware project with a post-sale service located in the Belisario Quevedo Parish belonging to the city of Quito. It is determined that in the sector there would be room for this project due to the fact that 81.90% of the inhabitants of the surveyed sector consider it convenient to install a new hardware store in the sector and 97.49% would contract the different services that the project will provide. The project will provide the residents of the Parish Belisario Quevedo, a large amount of hardware, and accompanied by a very personalized and serious customer service. It will also offer highly qualified people in a wide variety of services that a client may need in their home to maintain it; that they are of great honesty in the different works to be done so that the person who contracted this service feels completely satisfied. The offer for the case of this project, are all those premises destined to the commercialization of the aforementioned products and services that are located in the sector to be studied. In this case, there is no direct competition because in the parish there is no hardware store like the one proposed in this study. |
