Saricucho proyecto hotelero de ecoturismo.

Abstract

Uno de los principales desafíos del Ecuador frente al nuevo milenio, es el de conseguir un acelerado desarrollo socio - económico, el mismo que se vuelve muy difícil ya que para lograrlo se necesita de una sólida infraestructura tanto humana como de medios empresariales, claro esta que esto no se consigue en 3 o 4 años, es aquí donde la industria turística viene y con solvencia soluciona el problema ya que en el caso particular del Ecuador, sus paisajes naturales son de entrada una sólida infraestructura para hacer turismo. Son estas razones las que han llevado a la necesidad de buscar alternativas que desarrollen el turismo ha gran escala, siendo necesario para ello que se aprovechen la tendencia mundial que actualmente existe hacia el turismo ecológico, el mismo que ventajosamente no requiere de una enorme inversión comparada con los requerimientos de un enorme complejo hotelero. Como consecuencia de lo anteriormente enunciado se hace prioritario plantear y ejecutar proyectos de turismo ecológico, concretos y ajustados al entorno de vida cotidiana, es así como se proyecta el cálculo, diseño y construcción de una hostería hacer ubicada en el sector de Machachi, en las faldas del volcán Rumiñahui, dentro de los limites de la hacienda Saricucho, sector caracterizado por sus hermosos y aún vírgenes páramos, bosques y fuentes de agua que descienden directamente de la cordillera, aspectos estos que actualmente cautivan al turista extranjero, especialmente al europeo. El proyecto en mención ayudará a promover las bellezas naturales de la zona, desarrollando así a la misma en el plano turístico, además de formar parte de un nuevo polo de desarrollo económico en una zona en la que se crearían nuevas fuentes de trabajo. Es de esta forma en la que hemos planteado el desarrollo del proyecto, dentro del cual se encontraran: - Generalidades.- en donde se hace un recuento histórico de la hotelería a nivel nacional e internacional, una descripción de la geografía del sector en mención y un análisis de la localización del proyecto.
