Propuesta de mejoramiento de procesos del departamento de ama de llaves en el Hotel Río Amazonas internacional ubicado en la Ciudad de Quito, Provincia de Pichincha

Abstract

Esta investigación pretende ayudar a un departamento de suma importancia dentro de un hotel, que con el paso del tiempo, las gerencias y las personas encargadas de éste, no se han percatado que deben realizar una mejoría en los procesos, y sobre todo enfocarse en las necesidades tanto del cliente externo como del interno. Se va a investigar al Departamento de Ama de Llaves del Hotel Río Amazonas, se pretende mejorar sus procesos, y sobre todo actualizar y evaluar, ya que durante varios años que el hotel lleva en el mercado no se lo ha realizado. Dentro de la investigación se lo considera de suma importancia al cliente interno, el cual trabaja arduamente y es la cabeza que lidera este departamento, se verifica si la carga de trabajo que han venido haciendo durante algunos años los empleados es la correcta, al igual que si poseen los recursos necesarios para realizar su trabajo.

This research aims to help a department of utmost importance within a hotel, which over time, the managers and the people in charge of it, have not realized that they should make an improvement in the processes, and especially focus on the needs of both the external and internal client. We are going to investigate the Key House Department of the Hotel Río Amazonas, we intend to improve its processes, and above all to update and evaluate, since for several years that the hotel has been in the market it has not been done. Within the investigation is considered of great importance to the internal client, who works hard and is the head that leads this department, it is verified if the workload that have been doing for some years the employees is the correct one, like if they have the necessary resources to carry out their work.
