Conjunto de viviendas mínimo para un grupo social medio-bajo autoabastecido de equipamiento y servicios urbanos

Abstract

El presente trabajo de fin de carrera trata sobre un conjunto de viviendas mínimo para un grupo social medio-bajo autoabastecido de equipamiento y servicios urbanos. Se parte del problema del déficit tanto cuantitativo como cualitativo de la vivienda en la cuidad de Quito. A este problema se suma la necesidad de tener en el conjunto un equipamiento urbano mínimo necesario, como es en este caso: una escuela, una guardería, un centro de salud, una sala comunal, áreas de recreación y finalmente locales comerciales. Esto con el fin de lograr que los pobladores del conjunto puedan desarrollar la mayoría de las actividades en el mismo sitio, sin tener que movilizarse de un extremo de la cuidad a otro como normalmente se hace en nuestro medio. Hoy en día Quito tiene un gran problema de tráfico que justamente es por las personas para cada actividad deben recorrer grandes distancias, con esta nueva tendencia se busca aminorar este problema.El trabajo incluye un estudio de conceptos urbanos, referentes,sistemas constructivos, análisis del terreno donde se implanta el proyecto y una serie de modelos que terminan con el proyecto final compuesto por plantas arquitectónicas, elevaciones, perspectivas y finalmente planos de instalaciones.

This final thesis deals with a set of minimum housing for a medium-low social group self-supplied with urban equipment and services. We start with the problem of both quantitative and qualitative housing deficit in the city of Quito. To this problem is added the need to have in the set a minimum necessary urban equipment, as it is in this case: a school, a nursery, a health center, a communal room, recreation areas and finally commercial premises. This in order to ensure that the residents of the group can develop most of the activities in the same place, without having to move from one end of the city to another as is normally done in our environment. Nowadays Quito has a big traffic problem that is precisely for the people for each activity they have to travel great distances, with this new tendency it seeks to reduce this problem. The work includes a study of urban concepts, referents, constructive systems, analysis of the land where the project is implanted and a series of models that end with the final project composed of architectural plants, elevations, perspectives and finally plans of facilities.
