Plan de mejoramiento para las cabañas ecológicas Playa Escondida, provincia de Esmeraldas

Abstract

El Ecuador tiene innumerables atractivos turísticos para ofrecer y explotar en cada una de sus regiones, y por eso es importante tomar en cuenta que existen muchos lugares que no han sido visitados y otros hasta desconocidos por los turistas, pero que a su vez son atractivos que están allí esperando ser explotados y darse a conocer nacional e internacionalmente. Este es el caso de las cabañas "Playa Escondida", ubicadas a 10 km. de Same, vía Tonchigue -Galera, proyecto que en la actualidad brinda sus servicios de alojamiento y alimentación a los pocos turistas que la conocen. El desarrollo de la presente investigación se constituye como un plan de mejoramiento para las cabañas ecológicas mencionadas anteriormente. Se ha tomado la decisión de readecuar y mejorar este proyecto debido al crecimiento turístico que se tiene en esta zona, y debido a que el lugar en el que se encuentra ubicado, habla por si solo de la importancia y el valor que se le debe dar al cuidado, preservación y desarrollo sustentable del ecosistema y al medioambiente. Con la realización de esta tesis lo que se busca es investigar la rentabilidad del proyecto mediante la implementación y mejoramiento físico de las cabañas, mejorar en sus procesos, en la investigación del mercado, su valoración económica, los costos de operación, los balances y su utilidad, para luego poder determinar el grado de satisfacción, aceptación y viabilidad del proyecto.

With the realization of this thesis, what is sought is to investigate the profitability of project through the implementation and physical improvement of the cabins, improve in their processes, in market research, their economic valuation, operating costs, balances and their utility, to then determine the degree of satisfaction, acceptance and viability of the project.
