Servicio especial en tren turístico, de Quito al área nacional de recreación "EL BOLICHE"

Abstract

El presente proyecto tiene por objeto dar un nuevo funcionamiento turístico, al Ferrocarril más difícil del mundo, como un medio de transporte masivo, ya que, este brinda a los turistas experiencias únicas, paisajes Andinos, flora, fauna y una aventura inolvidable. Lo obsolescencia y lo vetusto de este medio de transporte y el potencial económico y turístico que representa, a llevado a idear un plan para devolverle la vida a este sistema de transportación que ha sido olvidado por la mayoría de las personas. La ruta del tren y lo inusual del paseo son el principal enganche para la atracción de turistas Nacionales y Extranjeros, estos últimos que son los más interesados en realizar turismo ecológico y a los que más atractiva les parece la idea. De tal manera no sólo se planea renovar el sistema de transporte turístico ferroviario, si no, que el sistema ferroviario entero tome como ejemplo el cambio que dará el tramo de Quito - El Boliche, es decir su servicio, atención al cliente, cuidados ambientales, etc. Para que el cambio no sea sólo superficial sino que en verdad constituya un avance turístico tanto para el País como para la transportación ferroviaria. Con el presente proyecto se ofrece una nueva alternativa de mejora turística desde la ciudad de Quito hacia el Área Nacional de Recreación "El Boliche" a bordo del Ferrocarril, ya que al agrupar transporte, guías, alimentación, animación y diversión, seguridad, etc. por el pago de un solo valor, presenta una opción nueva y los turistas pueden conocer y revivir en un pequeño tramo "El Camino del Tren". Por consiguiente, a continuación se dará a conocer los diferentes estudios de prefactibilidad realizados para la elaboración del presente proyecto y gracias a los resultados que estos brinden se determinará si es o no posible el desarrollo e innovación del nuevo servicio.

The present project aims to give a new touristic operation, to the most difficult Railway of the world, as a means of mass transportation, because, this gives tourists experiences unique, Andean landscapes, flora, fauna and an unforgettable adventure. The obsolescence and the oldness of this means of transport and the economic and tourist potential that represents, has led to devise a plan to restore life to this transportation system that has been forgotten by most people. With the present project a new alternative of tourist improvement from the city of Quito is offered towards the National Recreation Area "El Boliche" on board the Railway, since by grouping transportation, guides, food, entertainment and fun, security, etc. for the payment of a single value, presents a new option and tourists can meet and relive in a small stretch "El Camino of the train". Therefore, the different pre-feasibility studies will be announced below. made for the preparation of this project and thanks to the results that these provide determine whether the development and innovation of the new service is possible or not.
