CENTRO DE RECREACIÓN SOCIO CULTURAL EN EL VALLE DE LOS CHILLOS

Abstract

Lo rozón del proyecto encuentro sus fundamentos en los necesidades sociales no cubiertos. y en consecuencia lo realización de tos medios necesarios poro cubrir tos mismas. Por consiguiente en el proyecto trotamos lo realidad que enfrentan los pobladores de Pichincha en el Cantón de Rumiñohui, mós especificomente en et Valle de los Chillos; donde no se cuento con sitios recreativos o centros Socioculturales paro lo heterogeneidad social existente. En resumen ese es el objetivo; crear un centro sociocultural recreativo que agrupe los diferentes opciones y cumpla las expectativas y necesidades de tas diferentes capas sociales y generacionales. Consecuentemente analizamos poso por poso o seguir. Empezando por lo cantidad de pobladores. siguiendo por las opciones culturales (bibliotecas. museos. etc.). artísticas (danzas. teatro. talleres. etc.). y recreativos (discotecas. restaurantes. etc.); continuando con lo ubicación mós adecuado poro lo fócil congregación. y finalmente estudiando tos posibilidades. confrontando los opciones e investigando et medio poro tal fin. Por último con todo yo estudiado y determinado nos dedicamos al diseño. sin perder de visto lo relación con el medio donde se lo ubique.

Therefore, in the project we trotted the reality faced by the inhabitants of Pichincha in the Canton of Rumiñohui, more specifically in the Valley of the Chillos; where there are no recreational sites or socio-cultural centers I stop the existing social heterogeneity. In summary that is the objective; create a recreational socio-cultural center that groups the different options and meets the expectations and needs of different social and generational layers. Starting with the amount of inhabitants. following cultural options (libraries, museums, etc.). artistic (dances, theater, workshops, etc.). and recreational (discos, restaurants, etc.); continuing with the most appropriate location for the easy congregation. and finally studying the possibilities. confronting the options and investigating the middle pore for that purpose. Last but not least I studied and determined we dedicated ourselves to design. without losing of seen the relationship with the environment where it is located.
