The project is the result of the analysis and reasoning of the problems that the city has in terms of mobility, this analysis indicates that the Metropolitan District of Quito has serious problems, one of the main ones that the city has is the lack of facilities and equipment in different sectors of the city and mainly in places of great affluence of people. This analysis led to locating the place that has the greatest problems of this type in the city, this was the result of the analysis of the transport in the city, the activities of this and the daily commuting of the people, which resulted in To identify that the sector in the northern center of the city and specifically the sector of Santa Clara is the one that has the highest degree of conflict in terms of traffic and lack of space units so that activities can be safely developed. With which it was concluded that the urban transport station is placed in this sector, to provide the area with a space unit that mitigates traffic and chaos in the sector and in turn provides security and comfort to users who daily do use of this transport. The next phase was to elaborate a functional list of spaces, which would be distributed in four units, Administrative Unit, Essential Unit, General Unit and Complementary Unit. Next, a summation of the spaces of each unit was made, which would result in the final design module. Once the design module was obtained, this mesh was implanted in the ground, which contributes to the structure of the station and, in turn, the shape that the station could have. The station has 15,426.77 M2, which are distributed in four plants, two subsoils, ground floor and second floor. The upper floor is constituted solely by the food court and its fast food stands. The ground floor is constituted by the administrative unit and operative unit, warehouses and the platform of arrival of the raisins
