| Abstract: | El propósito principal de este trabajo de investigación se identificó los riesgos psicosociales y presencia de estrés laboral en los Fiscales de la Unidad de Delitos Flagrantes del Cantón Quito y analizó la prevalencia de los mismos. Se realizó un estudio descriptivo, utilizando como instrumento el Cuestionario Istas21, versión 1.5; para poder identificar los riesgos psicosociales de los funcionarios de la Fiscalía General del Estado que prestan sus servicios durante 24 horas del día en turnos de 6 horas al día en la Unidad de Delitos Flagrantes del Cantón Quito; obteniendo como resultado la existencia de riesgos recurrentes como estrés laboral, acoso sexual, violencia laboral, inseguridad contractual, burnout. En base a esta identificación y como parte de la investigación es recomendar al Departamento de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional de la Fiscalía General del Estado, encargado en la seguridad y bienestar de los funcionarios, contemplar programas de prevención y concientización del grado de estrés laboral y riesgos psicosociales existentes. Para ello debe realizarse planes de intervención como vigilancia de la salud a través de consultas médicas periódicas; organización y apoyo institucional con programas de integración grupal, vacaciones dentro del año laboral, seguridad laboral mediante equipos de protección personal y policial cuando el caso amerite, movilización segura y eficaz en turnos a altas horas de la noche |
| Description: | The main purpose of this research work was to identify the psychosocial risks and the presence of work stress in the Prosecutors of the Flagrant Crimes Unit of the Quito Canton and analyzed the prevalence of these. A descriptive study was carried out, using as an instrument the Questionnaire Istas21, version 1.5; to be able to identify the psychosocial risks of the officials of the State Attorney's Office who provide their services for 24 hours a day in shifts of 6 hours a day in the Flagrant Offenses Unit of the Canton of Quito; Obtaining as a result the existence of recurrent risks such as work stress, sexual harassment, workplace violence, contractual insecurity, burnout. Based on this identification and as part of the investigation is to recommend the Department of Occupational Safety and Health of the Attorney General of the State, in charge of the safety and welfare of officials, contemplate prevention programs and awareness of the degree of work stress and risks existing psychosocial To this end, intervention plans must be made such as health surveillance through periodic medical consultations; organization and institutional support with group integration programs, vacations within the working year, occupational safety by means of personal and police protection equipment when the case warrants, safe and efficient mobilization in shifts at late hours of the night |
