Abstract: | La presente investigación se centra en estudiar el estrés laboral y el síndrome de Burnout en una población de 25 participantes de la empresa Comsaju. Cía. Ltda. ubicada en la ciudad de Quito. Es un estudio de tipo explicativo para lo cual se midió los niveles de ambas variables y posteriormente se implementó un programa de pausas activas como método de afrontamiento, que consistió en recesos de diez minutos en la que los participantes realizaron ejercicios de relajación, respiración, y estiramientos. Después de dos semanas de implementado este programa se volvieron a medir las variables. Los resultados indican que las pausas activas si disminuyen los niveles de estrés laboral y síndrome de Burnout además de facilitar la cohesión grupal entre el área administrativa y el área de planta. Las pausas activas ayudaron a reducir el riesgo ergonómico y psicosocial mejorando también la productividad y desempeño organizacional |
Description: | The present research focuses on studying work-related stress and Burnout syndrome in a population of 25 participants of the company Comsaju. Inc. Ltda. Located in the city Quito. It is an explanatory study for which the levels of both were measured variables and subsequently a program of active breaks was implemented as a method of coping, which consisted of ten-minute breaks in which participants They performed relaxation, breathing, and stretching exercises.
