| Abstract: | La importancia del presente proyecto es analizar los procesos de importación y comercialización de maquinaria pesada para la ciudad de Quito. Con este estudio se pretende conocer el desenvolvimiento y crecimiento de la industria de la construcción; con el objetivo de considerar los principales factores que influyen tanto en el comportamiento del sector como en el desarrollo de este proyecto. Muy importante realizar un estudio de mercado que nos permita conocer la oferta, la demanda actual y principalmente las necesidades de los clientes potenciales así como también de la demanda insatisfecha. Determinar la factibilidad del proyecto mediante un estudio financiero donde detalle la inversión requerida para cumplir las metas de la propuesta y su evaluación económica. |
| Description: | The importance of this project is to analyze the processes of import and marketing of heavy equipment for Quito city. This study aims to determine the development and growth of the construction industry; in order to consider the main factors that influence the behavior of the sector and the development of this project. It is very important to conduct a market study that allows us to know the offer, mainly the current demand and the needs of potential customers as well as unsatisfied demand. Determine the feasibility of the project by a financial study which details the investment required to meet the goals of the proposal and its economic evaluation |
