| Zusammenfassung: | El presente proyecto fue desarrollado con el fin de analizar al detalle los costos incurridos por el área de taller de la empresa AlemaniaMotors S. A., misma que se dedica a la importación y compra - venta de repuestos para vehículos de la marca BMW, también ofrece mantenimiento y reparación de estos automotores. Con este estudio se espera poder determinar los posibles costos a ser optimizados, para de esta manera incrementar la rentabilidad global de la empresa. Es importante considerar que un taller automotriz normalmente posee desembolsos que se convierten en costos y gastos por mantenimiento de instalaciones, adquisiciones de servicios, el manejo del personal, entre otros. Al finalizar, se espera poder emitir recomendaciones en miras de corregir posibles deficiencias en el área contable y la toma de decisiones administrativas del taller, con miras a trabajar adecuadamente, apegados a la normativa legal vigente y el buen proceder. |
| Beschreibung: | The project at hand was put together with the sole purpose of analyzing in detail the costs incurred by ALEMANIA MOTORS S.A's repair shop which is responsible for imports, sales as well as purchases of BMW spare parts; additionally it offers repair and maintenance of these automobiles. Throughout this case study it is expected to determine the possible costs to be optimized so that the global profitability of the company can be increased. It is important however to consider that any standard car repair shop has common expenditures which become costs and expenses from facility maintenance, service acquisitions, staff management, among others. At the end, it is expected to be able to provide recommendations with the intention of correcting possible deficiencies within the accounting area as well as the administrative decision making at the shop with the objective to work adequately alongside the current legal regulations and ethical behavior. |
