The way people communicate with computers has developed over time due to the user's need to interact in an agile and precise way with new technologies. This type of communication through interfaces has been developed to such an extent that it has been possible to completely eliminate the palpable devices allowing the user to interact through body gestures or voice commands. Microsoft has managed to develop an interface called Natural User Interface, or by its acronym in English (NUI). The main objective is to achieve that the user is able to communicate with computers in a natural way, without any interface based on skills that are already known by the human being as gestures and voice commands so that these become the input device and supplant the well-known mouse or keyboard that are used in a general way by the population. According to the CONADIS (National Council on Disability Equality) in the last census conducted in April 2015 there is a high number of people with special abilities of which 17% constitute the segment of people with language and communication problems. Due to the high percentage of people with special abilities in the language, it was proposed to develop a system consisting of a sign dictionary which recognizes the movements made by a person and translates them into spoken language with which it is possible to improve communication between people No problem in speech and people with special abilities. This prototype system works automatically without the need for complicated instructions, only based on the dictionary of previously programmed movements thanks to the software development tool of the Kinect interface.
