Diseño arquitectónico de un centro cultural con teleférico para Guápulo

Abstract

Guápulo es considerado patrimonio cultural de la humanidad, siendo un barrio lleno de memoria colectiva, y de gran importancia histórica. Su arquitectura gesta el valor cultural que posee Guápulo. Es por ello, que su valor y su trascendencia histórica,han sido la inspiración del siguiente proyecto, para su conservación; arquitectónica, su patrimonio intangible, y el aporte a la cohesión social. Guápulo, es un punto importante de conexión entre la ciudad de Quito y el valle, lo cual ha generado un problema en la fluidez vehicular, además que la accesibilidad dentro del barrio se ha visto limitada por la carencia de transporte interno y eficiente. El presente trabajo de titulación, ha considerado ventajas y desventajas del barrio de Guápulo, por lo mismo, se ha propuesta un teleférico y un centro cultural donde se plasme una avance cultural, educativo, turístico, y social.

Guapulo is considered a cultural heritage of humanity, being a neighborhood full of collective memory, and of great historical importance. Its architecture creates the cultural value of Guapulo. That is why, its value and its historical importance, have been the inspiration of the following project, for its conservation; architectural, its intangible heritage, and the contribution to social cohesion. Guapulo, is an important point of connection between the city of Quito and the valley, which has generated a problem in vehicle fluidity, in addition that the accessibility within the neighborhood has been limited by the lack of internal and efficient transportation. The present work of titulación, has considered advantages and disadvantages of the district of Guápulo, for the same, it has been proposed a cable car and a center cultural where there is a cultural, educational, tourism, and social progress.
