Diseño arquitectónico de un centro comunitario social-gastronómico en la zona de Tababela (sector del nuevo aeropuerto internacional Mariscal Sucre)

Abstract

El crecimiento de zonas rurales han hecho que estas zonas se desarrollen con una velocidad acelerada, no importa la distancia en que se encuentren con respecto a la zona urbana, hay varias razones para que se genere este tipo de crecimiento en este caso hablaremos de la parroquia de Tababela, que se convirtió en una parroquia de crecimiento urbano, arquitectónico y turístico; con la llegada del nuevo Aeropuerto Internacional Mariscal Sucre se sostiene un cambio extremadamente fuerte, el impacto que se da se caracteriza por la llegada de nuevos materiales al sector, nuevas tecnologías de construcción y nuevas actividades internas que se están dando en el sector como el turismo internacional y el turismo gastronómico que ha empezado a llegar a la parroquia. El turismo gastronómico se basa en la degustación de personas propias y ajenas al país que únicamente viajan para saborear la diferente gastronomía existente en el país. El tema de actividades sociales dentro de la parroquia se ha venido evidenciando durante un gran tiempo que existe carencia de espacios para eventos sociales y actividades sociales para los habitantes propios del sector, las diferentes edades nos llevan a crear mejores y nuevos espacios para solucionar este problema. El proyecto realizado pretende generar la solución a los espacios olvidados y espacios nuevos que necesita la parroquia; adaptar una intervención urbana que ayude a ordenar la parroquia a través de zonas específicas de uso con la inclusión de espacios sociales y públicos, inclusión de redes verdes que terminen con remates fuertes a lo largo y ancho de la parroquia; mejorar el sistema de conexión del aeropuerto con la parroquia e incentivar a utilizar nuevos métodos de movilización ecológicos como ciclo vías que reduzcan la contaminación ambiental. El proyecto es una estrategia de evolución urbana, social y económica para la parroquia, generando un cambio positivo adaptándose a la diversidad del uso de suelo actual y de nuevos equipamientos ejecutados ya dentro del sector que ayudará para el desarrollo del Distrito Metropolitano de Quito y del País.

The theme of social activities within the parish has been evident for a long time that there is a lack of spaces for social events and social activities for the inhabitants of the sector, the different ages lead us to create better and new spaces to solve this problem. The project aims to generate the solution to the forgotten spaces and new spaces needed by the parish; adapt an urban intervention that helps to order the parish through of specific areas of use with the inclusion of social and public spaces, inclusion of green networks that end with strong auctions throughout the parish; improve the connection system of the airport with the parish and encourage the use of new methods of ecological mobilization such as cycle ways that reduce environmental pollution. The project is a strategy of urban, social and economic evolution for the parish, generating a positive change adapting to the diversity of current land use and new equipment already implemented within the sector that will help for the development of the Metropolitan District of Quito and the Country.
