Description: The present research work was carried out with the objective of studying the current operation of the marketing management and its distribution channel in the Fresh Cut company, to design a proposal that allows it to improve the performance in its operations, giving it a competitive advantage and an increase in the level of service provided to its external and internal customers. First, an investigation of the current market trends for marketing and export of roses to international markets of the Cayambe Canton was carried out. Finding the lack of control in operations and lack of tools to reach new markets with greater benefits for customers. In second place, a diagnosis was made of the performance of the company's value chain, finding complications caused by inconsistencies in the databases of suppliers and customers, lack of management in the supply processes and Post-harvest. Opportunities for improvement were identified in relation to logistic practices used in the distribution centers, along with visual management by the type of physical work that is performed in the plant. It was identified that the lack of implementation of these standards can cause an unexpected event that affects the organization. A SWOT analysis was carried out, compared to the current situation of exports, so the company has the ability to propose strategies and objectives for its operations. A process survey of its supply, reception and storage, return, production, post-harvest and export was developed, this will serve to know the activities that add value, the time allocated for each activity so that the product is in the right place, in the time established and with the correct amount. We take into account a potential market, in which the company can base its production efforts on a growing market such as Russia and improve its supply in price and quality, since it is currently a country with high tariff rates and wholesale markets only increase the price of the Ecuadorian rose. A new distribution channel was proposed, which bases its success on the correct management of its commercialization, with internal effectiveness of its processes, to reach retail markets with an investment in vehicles and control tools for after-sales management. Thus generating a sustainable competitive advantage that provides the opportunity for continuous improvement and progressive increase in the level of service provided
