Centro cultural El Chaupi – Canton Mejia – Pichincha - Ecuador

Abstract

El lugar donde se va a elaborar el trabajo de fin de carrera se encuentra ubicado en el país Ecuador, provincia Pi-chincha, cantón Mejía, parroquia EL CHAUPI. El enfoque de esta investigación tiene como punto de par-tida el desarrollo socio económico y poblacional de la parroquia de Chaupi, si bien es cierto el gobierno ha im-plementado el Plan de Buen Vivir para toda la nación y esto ha facilitado en una parte como ayuda a la investiga-ción de nuestro proyecto, para llegar a fondo con la pro-blemática que existe. Se ha evidenciado una serie de problemas, pero al mismo tiempo no podemos tratar todos ellos por el largo trabajo que esto abarcaría y es así que me he permitido desarro-llar una investigación muy centrada en su educación y cultura. Para poder hacer este tipo de investigación se propone hacer un Diagnostico muy específico de todo lo que acon-teció hasta nuestros días con la finalidad de poder susten-tar la historia, política y costumbres que se desarrollan en el sector. Dentro de estos parámetros se podrá evidenciar las Debi-lidades y Amenazas, con el fin de dar una solución ade-cuada a sus problemas y satisfacer todas las necesidades que sean factibles y concretas, sin dañar la imagen urbana del sector. Al mismo tiempo lo que se quiere es transmitir un poco de este proyecto al enfoque Turístico que se mantiene y así crecer de la mano y progresar económicamente. El proyecto haría que las personas no emigren a otras ciudades o regiones de nuestro país o el exterior, sino que tiene como fin fomentar fuentes de empleo, mejorar la educación y cultura del sector haciendo una población más solidaria y unida con un fuerte ingreso económico

The place where the final year work will be done is located in the country of Ecuador, Pi-Chincha province, Mejía county, EL CHAUPI parish. The focus of this research is based on the socio-economic and population development of the parish of Chaupi, although it is true that the government has implemented the Plan of Good Living for the entire nation and this has facilitated in part as an aid to the research of our project, to get to the bottom with the problem that exists. A series of problems has been evidenced, but at the same time we can not treat all of them for the long work that this would encompass and that is how I have allowed myself to develop an investigation that is very focused on their education and culture. In order to be able to do this type of research, we propose to make a very specific Diagnosis of everything that has occurred until today with the purpose of sustaining the history, politics and customs that are developed in the sector. Within these parameters, the Debits and Threats can be evidenced, in order to provide an adequate solution to their problems and satisfy all the needs that are feasible and concrete, without damaging the urban image of the sector. At the same time, what is wanted is to transmit a little of this project to the tourism focus that is maintained and thus grow hand in hand and progress economically. The project would make people do not migrate to other cities or regions of our country or abroad, but aims to promote sources of employment, improve education and culture of the sector making a more united and united population with a strong economic income
