| Abstract: | El presente trabajo de investigación constituye un punto de partida, para que abonados/clientes-usuarios del servicio móvil avanzado, operadoras móviles privadas y el Estado conozcan cómo las regulaciones implementadas incidieron o impactaron su desarrollo, para que en un futuro, los lineamientos y medidas regulatorias, establezcan un entorno de acción que perdure en el tiempo, tratando de alcanzar el bien permanente de la sociedad y el desarrollo del sector móvil, siempre buscando un fin común, haciendo respetar los derechos de clientes y/o usuarios del servicio móvil avanzado. Se muestran aspectos relacionados a la evolución del servicio móvil avanzado privado en el Ecuador durante los últimos seis años (2008-2013), haciendo énfasis en su crecimiento, desarrollo, proporción de líneas móviles, distribución de mercado, ingresos que generan para el Estado y enfatizando pequeñas pautas en los contratos y artículos o regulaciones que se encuentran en el reglamento de abonados, que lograron normar varios inconvenientes que ocurrían en la prestación del servicio móvil. Intrínsecamente en este estudio, se realiza un análisis financiero de información obtenida, gracias a la ayuda de la Superintendencia de Telecomunicaciones. | Description: | The present research work constitutes a starting point, so that subscribers / customers-users of the advanced mobile service, private mobile operators and the State to know how the implemented regulations affected or impacted their development, so that in the future, the regulatory guidelines and measures establish an environment for action that lasts over time, trying to achieve the permanent good of society and the development of the mobile sector, always seeking a common goal, enforcing the rights of clients and / or users of the advanced mobile service. It shows aspects related to the evolution of the private advanced mobile service in the Ecuador during the last six years (2008-2013), emphasizing its growth, development, proportion of mobile lines, market distribution, income generated for State and emphasizing small guidelines in contracts and articles or regulations that are they find in the regulation of subscribers, who managed to regulate several inconveniences that occurred in the provision of the mobile service. Intrinsically in this study, a financial analysis of obtained information is carried out, thanks to the help of the Telecommunications Superintendence.
