Description: The Amaranth, is a recently rediscovered pseudocereal, which enjoys unparalleled properties among which are its high levels of protein, essential amino acids, calcium, iron and phosphorus; coming to be considered as the "FOOD OF THE FUTURE" and with a growing demand in the international market. In Ecuador, having the favorable natural conditions for its cultivation, it is produced in government entities such as INIAP, a tireless campaign to resuscitate the production of the "little giant", however despite these efforts, it has not been possible to reach the objectives set since of the 80 thousand hectares suitable for cultivation, only 50 hectares dedicated to the production of kiwicha are recorded in the country. Faced with this scenario of not only lucrative opportunities but also of international trade development badly exploited by fear and ignorance, we see the need to elaborate a plan focused on the production and marketing of dry amaranth grain to the German market, with the purpose of serve as a reference for future investments in this area of international trade. The plan will be based on the production of the improved variety INIAP-ALEGRIA, in principle the quantity to be produced will be based on equaling the average of the current production and with an annual growth of 10%. The development of the plan shows that there is a market available and growing in Germany, besides the favorable relations that are maintained at the moment and by the references found, the investment is profitable
