Abstract: La Tesis está estructurada en cinco capítulos, en los que se desarrolla el tema propuesto para el cumplimiento del objetivo principal de la investigación y demostración del presente trabajo. En el primer capítulo se trata de los antecedentes históricos del fenómeno de la migración, y las oportunidades que se presentan a partir de esta, además se plantea los objetivos que se desarrollaran en la tesis. En el segundo capítulo se analiza los métodos que se van a utilizar para realizar la investigación sobre el producto y sus virtudes, la demanda del mercado de migrantes ecuatorianos radicados en Madrid y la demanda del mercado europeo y de la competencia en la que consta las empresas nacionales y extranjeras dedicadas a la exportación y producción de mermeladas de igual o similares características. En el tercer capítulo se encuentra el diseño del plan para la exportación de las mermeladas hacia el mercado de migrantes radicados en Madrid que consta en todo los requisitos necesarios de exportación, logística y sus costos, el precio del producto, estrategias de crecimiento y expansión del producto en el mercado Europeo y el estudio técnico. En el cuarto capítulo se identifica y valora las inversiones, también se idéntica las fuentes de financiamiento y el uso de dichos recursos, se determinan, los costos e ingresos del proyecto, los que se proyectan para diez años de vida útil. Por último se muestra la evaluación financiera del proyecto, que determina los estados financieros como base para el flujo de caja y los principales indicadores de evaluación como son: el VAN, la TIR, el periodo de recuperación de la inversión, y los índices financieros, producto de lo cual se llega a determinar financieramente que el proyecto es factible de ejecutarse. Finalmente el quinto capítulo termina con las conclusiones y recomendaciones, las cuales están expuestas en función de los objetivos específicos y a los resultados más relevantes de cada uno de los capítulos.
Description: The Thesis is structured in five chapters, in which the proposed theme is developed to fulfill the main objective of the research and demonstration of this work. The first chapter deals with the historical background of the phenomenon of migration, and the opportunities that arise from it, as well as the objectives that will be developed in the thesis. In the second chapter we analyze the methods that will be used to carry out the research on the product and its virtues, the market demand of Ecuadorian migrants based in Madrid and the demand of the European market and the competition in which companies national and foreign companies dedicated to the export and production of marmalades of equal or similar characteristics. In the third chapter is the design of the plan for the export of jams to the market of migrants based in Madrid that includes all the necessary export requirements, logistics and costs, the price of the product, growth strategies and expansion of the product in the European market and technical study. In the fourth chapter the investments are identified and valued, the sources of financing and the use of said resources are also identified, the costs and revenues of the project are determined, which are projected for ten years of useful life. Finally, the financial evaluation of the project is shown, which determines the financial statements as a basis for the cash flow and the main evaluation indicators such as: the NPV, the IRR, the period of recovery of the investment, and the financial indexes, product of which it is possible to determine financially that the project is feasible to be executed. Finally, the fifth chapter ends with the conclusions and recommendations, which are exposed according to the specific objectives and the most relevant results of each of the chapters. In its final part the bibliography and annexes are added.
