| Abstract: | La mayoría de las constructoras y consultorías del país, realizan gerenciamiento y seguimiento de proyectos basados en metodologías 2D, el mismo que ha generado resultados con irregularidades, atrasos o confusiones al momento de su ejecución. Actualmente los países desarrollados ya se encuentran aplicando la metodología de modelado BIM adquiriendo una mejor productividad y disminución de errores en la industria de la construcción. El presente proyecto se basa en la norma ISO 19650, el mismo que ayuda para el ordenamiento y entrega de la información para las distintas disciplinas que conforman el proyecto. La metodología BIM “Modelado de Información de la Construcción”, es la aplicada para el desarrollo de este proyecto de titulación, el cual tiene el objetivo principal de satisfacer las necesidades del cliente mediante el acuerdo establecido en el EIR “Employer ́s Information Requirements”. |
| Description: | Most of the construction companies and consultancies in the country carry out project management and monitoring based on 2D methodologies, the same that has generated irregular results, delays or confusion at the time of its execution. Currently, developed countries are already applying the 3D BIM modeling methodology, acquiring better productivity and reducing errors in the construction industry. This project is based on the ISO 19650 standard, which helps to order and deliver information for the different disciplines that make up the project. The BIM methodology "Construction Information Modeling" is the one applied for the development of this titling project, which has the main objective of satisfying the needs of the client through the agreement established in the EIR "Employer's Information Requirements". |
