| Resumen : | El régimen especial de importación Courier, es un servicio simplificado, también se lo conoce como tráfico postal o mensajería acelerada; esta categoría ahorra tiempo y costos en la importación de mercadería a las empresas importadoras. La presente investigación se ha enfocado en el análisis del servicio de Courier España de la empresa SIATIGROUP, con el objetivo de analizar y definir el sistema logístico con el cual se maneja la compañía, la incidencia en las empresas importadoras del sector norte de la ciudad de Quito y a su vez en la rentabilidad de SIATIGROUP. Este estudio se ha establecido en diferentes fases, en donde se desarrolló: el problema de investigación, fundamentación teórica, diagnóstico, validación del proyecto de investigación y desarrollo; teniendo en cuenta esto, se examinó a fondo todos los factores presentes en el servicio de Courier España. Es importante recalcar que se ha realizado un análisis de la compra de una bodega propia de SIATIGROUP en España, con la finalidad de comprobar que tan factible será para la rentabilidad de la empresa. Con esto determinaremos que ventajas y desventajas aportara este estudio para las empresas importadoras del sector norte de Quito. |
| Descripción : | The Courier special import scheme is a simplified service. Also known as postal traffic or expedited messaging, this category saves time and costs on importing merchandise to importing companies. The present investigation has focused on the analysis of the Courier España service of the company SIATIGROUP, with the objective of analyzing and defining the logistics system with which the company is handled, the incidence in the importing companies of the northern sector of the city of Quito and in turn in the profitability of SIATIGROUP. This study has been established in different phases, where it was developed: the research problem, theoretical basis, diagnosis, validation of the research and development project, taking into account this thoroughly examined all factors present in the Courier service Spain. It is important to emphasize that an analysis of the purchase of SIATIGROUP's own warehouse in Spain has been carried out, in order to verify how feasible it will be for the profitability of the company. With this we will determine what advantages and disadvantages this study will bring to the importing companies of the northern sector of Quito. |
