Abstract

The study of the article analyzes and describes the level of stress in secondary school teachers of a public institution, through a quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional study with a sample of 30 male and female teachers who make up the secondary level. of an educational institution based on the ILO stress assessment instrument. The results obtained made it possible to visualize that the data is not significant because most of the teachers have a low level of stress with 90% and an intermediate level with 10% in the context of the pandemic, but this does not mean that it is not important to publicize issues related to it and be attentive to the revealing signs that the teaching staff may present, remembering that mental and physical health is essential for good job performance.
