dc.descriptionIt is necessary to understand that stress in general provides a series of effects, due to the stressors it provides to people, much more when it comes to the work environment, where every day the person must face new challenges in each of their delegated activities to fulfill them with responsibility and efficiency. This is how the present investigation is carried out in order to determine the influence of the levels of work stress and how these influence the operative personnel of the company Jara Publicidad. For the execution of the study and applied the questionnaire on labor stress of the ILO (International Labor Organization) and the Symptomatic Stress Scale SEPPO ARO. This analysis was executed in the operative personnel since in this area it is required to verify how the logistics processes of the security personnel of Jara Seguridad are being managed, for which the methodology of The results have been verified with a medium level of risk, since in the research mechanisms are observed that allow facing the creation of tools to cope with work stress, plans must be put into action to minimize risks and improve the organizational environmentes
dc.description.abstractEs necesario entender que el estrés en general proporciona una serie de efectos, debido a los factores estresantes que proporciona a las personas, mucho más cuando se trata del entorno laboral, donde a diario la persona debe enfrentar nuevos retos en cada una de sus actividades delegadas para cumplirlas con responsabilidad y eficiencia. Es así como se realiza la presente investigación con el fin de determinar la influencia que tienen los niveles de estrés laboral y cómo estos influyen en el personal operativo de la empresa Jara Publicidad. Para la ejecución del estudio e aplicó el cuestionario sobre estrés laboral de la OIT (Organización Internacional del Trabajo) y la Escala Sintomática de Estrés SEPPO ARO. Se ejecutó este análisis en el personal operativo ya que en dicha área se requiere verificar cómo se está manejando los procesos logísticos del personal de guardianía de Jara Seguridad, para lo cual e aplicó la metodología de Los resultados han sido verificados con un nivel de riesgo medio, puesto que en la investigación se observa mecanismos que permiten enfrentar la creación de herramientas de afrontamiento del estrés laboral, se debe poner en acción planes que permitan minimizar riesgos y mejorar el entorno organizacional.es
