dc.descriptionThe objective of this study is to show that SMARTPRO INGENIERIA and CONSTRUCCIONES requires a logistic supply chain identifying the different processes established in this thesis as: i) Picking processes, ii) Inventory processes, iii) Processes of Supplies iv) Warehouse processes, v) Dispatch and Delivery Processes. With this definition and implementation, capital and operating costs will be optimized and engineering and construction projects will be competitive and successful in the Ecuadorian industrial market.-
dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de este estudio es evidenciar que se requiere en la empresa SMARTPRO INGENIERIA y CONSTRUCCIONES una cadena de abastecimiento logístico identificando los diferentes procesos que establecen en la presente tesis como: i) Procesos de Picking, ii) Procesos de inventarios, iii) Procesos de Abastecimientos iv) Procesos de Bodega, v) Procesos de Despacho y Entrega. Con esta definición e implementación se optimizará los costos operativos y de capital y los proyectos de ingeniería y construcción serán competitivos y exitosos en el mercado industrial ecuatoriano.es_ES
