Centro de desarrollo infantil del buen vivir

Abstract

El cuidado de los infantes es un aspecto que forma parte de una de las preocupaciones dominantes en la actualidad. Además, la incursión de las mujeres en el campo laboral, el aumento en los índices de nacimientos y de divorcios, los matrimonios jóvenes con hijos y el hecho de que los hogares están obligados a que ambos padres trabajen, hacen que el proyecto de un Centro de Cuidado Infantil, goce de una interesante oportunidad de mercado. El presente proyecto de fin de carrera tiene como finalidad el estudio de factibilidad para el Diseño de un Centro de Desarrollo Infantil ubicado en el Barrio Benalcázar, perteneciente a la parroquia Iñaquito de la ciudad de Quito. El concepto en el que se basa el diseño arquitectónico es el cerebro de un niño, con el fin de que tanto funcional, formal, y espacial contribuyan al desarrollo y estimulación del infante durante su estancia en el mismo.

The care of infants is an aspect that is part of one of the dominant concerns today. In addition, the incursion of women in the labor field, the increase in the birth and divorce rates, the young marriages with children and the fact that households are obliged to both parents work, make the project of a Center of Child Care, enjoy an interesting market opportunity. The purpose of this final thesis project is the feasibility study for the Design of a Child Development Center located in the Benalcázar neighborhood, belonging to the Iñaquito parish of the city of Quito. The concept on which the architectural design is based is the brain of a child, in order that both functional, formal, and spatial contribute to the development and stimulation of the infant during their stay in it.
