| Resumen : | El proyecto arquitectónico “Extensión del Instituto tecnológico Yavirac” se encuentra ubicado en la calle Ambato, calle de ingreso al barrio de El Panecillo conectando con su calle secundaria al interior del barrio llamada calle Pascuales. El objetivo del proyecto es ampliar las actividades del instituto Yavirac a un conector urbano para la generación de mayores vacantes y opciones de estudio en una zona residencial mediante la integración de talleres en un paso urbano con la ayuda de espacios articuladores y algunos modelos educativos alternativos. El proyecto al ubicarse en un lote con una pendiente pronunciada intenta generar un conector urbano mediante puentes y conectores verticales para mantener el recorrido con la zona más densa del centro histórico con el ingreso a El Panecillo y así facilitar la comunicación peatonal del barrio y en la distribución interna del proyecto lo que se busca realizar es la readecuación de espacios de talleres técnicos para la ampliación del Instituto Yavirac mediante una relación de privacidad entre espacios abiertos y cerrados los cuales permitan a los usuarios circular o habitar de mejor manera cada espacio del proyecto y ayudar a promover mayor interés en los moradores y promover los negocios internos. |
| Descripción : | The project “Extension of the Yavirac Technological Institute” is located on Ambato Street, the main access road to the El Panecillo neighborhood, connecting with its secondary street inside the neighborhood, called Pascuales Street. The objective of the project is to expand the activities of the Yavirac Institute into an urban connector to generate more vacancies and study options in a residential area by integrating workshops into an urban passageway with the help of articulating spaces and some alternative educational models. The project, being located on a lot with a steep slope, attempts to generate an urban connector through bridges and vertical connectors to maintain the route with the densest area of the historic center with the entrance to El Panecillo and thus facilitate pedestrian communication in the neighborhood. In the internal distribution of the project, what is sought to be done is the readjustment of technical workshop spaces for the expansion of the Yavirac Institute through a relationship of privacy between open and closed spaces which allow users to circulate or better inhabit each space of the project and help promote greater interest in the residents and promote internal businesses. |
