dc.description.abstractLas asignaciones forzosas en Ecuador, sin duda alguna son formalidades exclusivas de los testamentos, que evidentemente contraponen el derecho a la libertad de testar que tienen los testadores, cabe mencionar que estas limitaciones a la libertad de testar contrarrestan que en el testamento se exprese la voluntad del testador, lo que genera un problema jurídico que se pretende resolver con el transcurso de la presente investigación. Para poder brindar una propuesta de solución a este problema, se tomarán en cuenta lo mencionado en otras legislaciones de nuestra región y del mundo, además de las distintas afirmaciones de varios autores especialistas en derecho sucesorio.es
