Abstract: | Hoy en día, ninguna empresa puede eludir el valor agregado que trae la aplicación de la organización en procesos, que posibilita la mejora continua de una empresa, porque esta se la concibe como un organismo sistémico vivo, capaz de innovarse permanentemente. Atrás quedaron las empresas que planificaban para ejecutar, controlar y sancionar, cuya estructura era inflexible y gestionaba con paradigmas inamovibles. Hoy, se hace énfasis en la flexibilidad frente al cambio, en la apertura a abandonar los viejos esquemas y adoptar una posición o actitud de permanente alerta, dispuestos a contribuir con creatividad frente a cualquier situación o amenaza que pueda provenir desde el interior o desde su entorno. Esto implica sin embargo, que toda empresa centre su atención en sus recursos humanos, en su desarrollo personal y se preocupe básicamente de su capacitación permanente, que constituye la mayor inversión que puede hacer la empresa. Se debe recordar que una organización que no educa a su personal camina hacia el fracaso, y que todo lo que no se evalúa se devalúa. BMW es una empresa que tiene credibilidad y liderazgo en la línea automotriz; en ella existe siempre la preocupación por mejorar la calidad del servicio al cliente; por este motivo, el presente plan constituye un aporte para lograr mayor productividad y competitividad del segmento Premium, en la introducción, comercialización y posicionamiento de la sexta generación de automóviles BMW serie 3 al mercado ecuatoriano. La presente investigación constituye una respuesta a ciertas falencias detectadas en los departamentos de BMW, para de este modo mejorar la importación del producto objetivo y generar mejor rentabilidad para la compañía. |
Description: | Nowadays, no company can avoid the added value that the application of the organization in processes, which enables the continuous improvement of a company, because it is he conceives it as a living systemic organism, capable of permanent innovation. Gone were the companies that planned to execute, control and sanction, whose structure was inflexible and managed with immovable paradigms. Today, emphasis is placed on flexibility in the face of change, in opening up to abandon the old schemes and adopt willing and able to contribute with creativity in front of any situation or threat that may come from within or from its surroundings. This implies, however, that every company focuses its attention on its human resources, its personal development and basically worry about their permanent training, which it is the biggest investment the company can make. It must be remembered that one organization that does not educate its staff walk towards failure, and that everything that is not evaluates is devalued. BMW is a company that has credibility and leadership in the automotive line; in her there is always a concern to improve the quality of customer service; for this reason, this plan constitutes a contribution to achieve greater productivity and competitiveness of the Premium segment, in the introduction, marketing and Positioning of the sixth generation of BMW 3 series cars to the market Ecuadorian. The present investigation constitutes a response to certain shortcomings detected in the BMW departments, in order to improve the importation of the target product and generate better profitability for the company. |
