The various changes of a social, cultural and economic nature have made the role of the woman of a housewife vanish over the years; This phenomenon was emphasized by the women's liberation in which women seek gender equality in opportunities for personal and professional development. Causing, that nowadays it is increasingly common for families, father and mother, to work, and that it is very complex for them to be able to dedicate themselves full-time to the care and education of their children. This limitation of time has caused parents to seek out third parties so that they can take charge of their children's attention and learning, in their initial stage, even though they are often not the most qualified to assume the responsibility. Thus, based on this precedent, it was decided to carry out a feasibility study to know if it is feasible to create a Center for Initial Day and Night Education in the Metropolitan District of Quito Northern Zone, in order to offer the parent an alternative that can meet the care and learning needs of your child or children. In order to know if the proposed project is feasible, four studies were carried out; market, technical, organizational and financial; that allowed, as a whole, to determine if it is viable to place a Center for Initial Day and Night Education in the sector of Portugal and the Republic of El Salvador, which is part of the Metropolitan District of Quito Northern Zone. In the market study it was possible to identify that in the year 2013 there was an unsatisfied demand for 2,992 children and for the year 2,018 it will be 3,084 children. On the other hand, by studying the demand, it was known that parents seek an environment in which their children can be cared for and safe. Additionally, parents seek flexibility in the hours of attention; which means that the Center must be open at least eight hours a day from Monday to Friday and be willing to send staff from your institution to care for and care for infants at home during the night or on weekends. Also, in the market study, the supply that exists a kilometer from the Zone in which the project is planned was identified, which allowed knowing the services that other Centers offer and of this way to create strategies that allow to differentiate the present project from others already existing. Finally, with the market research, not only were the prices that the bidders charge for their service identified, but also that it was found out how much they would be, the customers, willing to pay for a service like the one that the present project offers.-
