dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto de fin de carrera, Hospital Oncológico Pediátrico, tiene como finalidad satisfacer una necesidad social, mediante el diseño de una unidad arquitectónica innovadora, funcional y moderna. Posterior a la investigación previa respecto a las enfermedades crónicas y la carencia de sitios como el propuesto, hace del mismo una unidad nueva e importante dentro de la tipología salud, con relevancia a nivel nacional. El enfoque que tiene la propuesta en la parte formal es atraer al usuario a través de las formas y colores, sabiendo que la población a la que está destinado el Hospital es la niñez y adolescencia que padecen una enfermedad tan grave como es el cáncer. En la parte funcional, maneja un concepto de trilogía, basado en los usuarios (paciente, familia, medico), en la cartera de servicios y ubicación, concepto que se proyecta de igual manera en el modelo espacial. El Conjunto Hospitalario está especializado para la atención integral del niño con cáncer, en todas sus etapas: diagnostico y tratamiento antes durante y después de la enfermedad. Por lo que cuenta no solo con las debidas unidades funcionales sino también con espacios destinados para la ayuda psicológica tanto para pacientes como para la familia. El objetivo es mejorar la calidad de vida de los usuarios, teniendo ambientes con un diseño funcional y humano. Ofreciendo áreas destinadas al desarrollo de terapias diferentes como por ejemplo: musicoterapia, risoterapia, salas de juegos, aulas hospitalarias y áreas para familiares como talleres ocupacionales, salas para padres y orientación psicológica. Teniendo en cuenta que la enfermedad es crónica y en muchos casos terminal, se ha creado un área para cuidados paliativos, donde el paciente puede ser atendido adecuadamente en esta fase de su enfermedad y así pueda prolongar su esperanza de vida en un ambiente adecuado. De igual manera, se busca incrementar la enseñanza e investigación médica de esta especialización, por lo cual se han destinado espacios propios para que el médico desarrolle sus capacidades dentro del hospital. Estas áreas son: biblioteca, aulas y residencia. El diseño espacial se desarrolla en tres torres que rodean a la torre central, cada torre representa una unidad funcional que se conecta con el resto del hospital. En el interior se juega con las dobles alturas, la luz, circulaciones semicirculares, espacios abiertos y vegetación.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe present project of end of career, Pediatric Oncological Hospital, has as purpose meet a social need, by designing an innovative architectural unit, functional and modern. After the previous investigation regarding chronic diseases and the lack of sites like the one proposed, makes it a new and important unit within the health typology, with relevance at the national level. Taking into account that the disease is chronic and in many terminal cases, an area for palliative care has been created, where the patient can be adequately cared for in this phase of your illness and so you can prolong your hope of life in a suitable environment. Similarly, it seeks to increase the teaching and medical research of this specialization, for which they have allocated their own spaces for the doctor to develop their capacities within the hospital. These areas are: library, classrooms and residence. The spatial design is developed in three towers that surround the central tower, each tower represents a functional unit that connects with the rest of the hospital. In the interior one plays with the doubles heights, light, semicircular circulations, open spaces and vegetation.-
