| Resumen : | La floricultura en Nayón es un factor de gran importancia en su cultura, siendo su distintivo de crecimiento económico ya que es una tradición que ha ido desarrollándose de generación en generación, pero por el paso del tiempo, la falta de instrucción técnica, recursos e infraestructura esta cultura se puede ver afectada con pérdidas económicas y materiales. El Proyecto centro de investigación florícola logra responder a todas estas necesidades, brindando la instrucción, herramientas e infraestructura necesaria para los habitantes y turistas. El centro de investigación se encuentra ubicado en el borde de quebrada de Nayón destacando su carácter paisajístico y aprovechando su topografía para crear un espacio continuo, fluido y dinámico al interior a través de los diferentes desniveles que se crean respetando la inclinación de la quebrada, funciona como una edificación ligera que forma parte del paisaje implementando la teoría de los limites difusos para crear una arquitectura que busca la transparencia y destaca los elementos naturales del lugar. El proyecto tiene como objetivo principal crear un espacio interactivo de investigación, aprendizaje, recreación y ocio en donde se permita transmitir la cultura e historia florícola del sitio, con áreas verdes destinadas para el uso de turistas y habitantes recuperando así el sentido de comunidad y de jardín al interior de un centro tan compacto y consolidado, generando un apoyo a la comunidad, conservando especies endémicas y resaltando la tradición del sector. |
| Descripción : | Floriculture in Nayon is an important factor in its culture and a distinctive feature of its economic growth, as it is a tradition that has been developing from generation to generation. However, over time, due to lack of technical instruction, resources, and infrastructure, this culture is affected by economic and material losses. The Floricultural Research Center successfully responds to all these needs by providing the necessary instruction, tools, and infrastructure for residents and tourists. The research center is located on the edge of Nayon ravine, highlighting its scenic character and taking advantage of its topography to create a continuous, fluid and dynamic space inside through the different levels that are created respecting the slope, it works as a lightweight structure that blends into the landscape implementing the theory of blurring limits to create an architecture that seeks transparency and highlights the natural elements of the area. The main objective of the project is to create an interactive space for research, learning, recreation, and leisure, where the floricultural culture and history of the site can be transmitted, with green areas designated for use by tourists and residents, thus restoring the sense of community and garden within such a compact and consolidated center, providing support to the community, conserving endemic species, and highlighting the tradition of Nayon |
