dc.descriptionThe changes in construction methodology occurred in recent years have led to the fact that construction requires improving its processes and perform new technologies in different phases like planning, construction, operation and maintenance of the developed buildings, For this reason, this project proposes to address the use of modular elements such as containers and propose the construction of a mixed commercial-cultural project that, due to its modular structure allows to reduce construction times and use recyclable materials that provide an aspect of sustainability to the project.es
dc.description.abstractLos cambios de la metodología constructiva que se han presentado en los últimos años han llevado a que la construcción requiera el mejorar sus procesos constructivos y apegarse a las nuevas tecnologías tanto en la fase de planificación como en construcción y en operación y mantenimiento de las edificaciones, es por esto que, el presente proyecto plantea abordar el uso de elementos modulares como son los containers y plantear la construcción de un proyecto mixto comercial – cultural que por su estructura modular permita reducir los tiempos de construcción y utilizar materiales reciclables que brinden un aspecto de sostenibilidad al proyecto.es
