dc.descriptionThe application of the BIM methodology to the Center for Research, Innovation and Technology Transfer, belonging to the Catholic University of Cuenca - Azogues Campus, is developed with the aim of achieving an efficient process in all its stages of development. It began with the necessary documentation delivered by the university to subsequently prepare the EIR and BEP. Documents that mark the development process of this management and allow to have a firm advance and make timely decisions to ensure that the information obtained is of great value. The project is elaborated following the established processes and standards that entail several threads through which it is finally possible to comply with each of the client's requirements and the objectives set, under the ISO 19650 standard.es
dc.description.abstractLa aplicación de la metodología BIM al Centro de Investigación, innovación y transferencia de tecnología, perteneciente a la Universidad católica de Cuenca – Sede Azogues se elabora con la finalidad de lograr un proceso eficiente en todas sus etapas de desarrollo. Se inició con la documentación necesaria entregada por la universidad para posteriormente elaborar el EIR y BEP. Documentos que marcan el proceso de desarrollo de esta gestión y permiten tener un avance firme y tomar decisiones oportunas para lograr que la información que se obtenga sea de gran valor. El proyecto se elabora siguiendo los procesos y estándares establecidos que conllevan varios subprocesos mediante los cuales finalmente se logra dar cumplimiento a cada uno de los requerimientos del cliente y los objetivos planteados, bajo la normativa ISO 19650.es
