dc.description | Objetivos: Determinar la prevalencia de trastornos musculoesqueléticos y evaluar el nivel de riesgo por posturas forzadas del personal que realiza teletrabajo en una compañía del sector automotriz. Método: Estudio descriptivo y transversal realizado en una compañía automotriz del Ecuador, en una población de 11 teletrabajadores (6 mujeres y 5 hombres) durante el mes de noviembre 2021 a enero del 2022. Se aplicó el Cuestionario Nórdico de Kuorinka y el método ergonómico RULA. Resultados: Predomina el sexo femenino (55%), la edad de 30 a 40 años en un (46%), el tiempo de trabajo en la compañía de 12 a 14 años (55%). La sintomatología preponderante en el último año es en cuello, mano muñeca derecha y espalda lumbar. El 90% de los teletrabajadores posee un nivel de riesgo ergonómico 2 en el método RULA con una puntuación entre (3 a 4) con la que sugiere realizar estudios de investigación complementaria y modificaciones en el lugar de trabajo. Conclusión: Los trastornos musculoesqueléticos en los teletrabajadores estudiados son más frecuentes a nivel de cuello, muñeca, mano derecha, espalda lumbar y existe un nivel de riesgo ergonómico donde se podrían requerir investigación y cambios en posturas forzadas. | es |
dc.description.abstract | Objectives: To identify the prevalence of musculoskeletal symptoms and forced postures of the staff that performs teleworking in a company in the automotive sector, through the Nordic questionnaire and the RULA ergonomic evaluation method. Method: Descriptive and cross-sectional study carried out in an automotive company in Ecuador, in a population of 11 teleworkers (6 women and 5 men) during the month of November 2021 to January 2022. The Kuorinka Nordic Questionnaire and the RULA ergonomic method were applied. Results: The female sex predominates (55%), the age of 30 to 40 years in one (46%), the working time in the company of 12 to 14 years (55%). The predominant symptomatology in the last year is in the neck, right hand, wrist and lower back. 90% of teleworkers have an ergonomic risk level 2 in the RULA method with a score between (3 to 4) with which they suggest carrying out complementary research studies and modifications in the workplace. Conclusion: Musculoskeletal disorders in the teleworkers studied are more frequent at the level of the neck, right hand wrist, lumbar back and there is a level of ergonomic risk where investigation and changes in forced postures could be required. | es |
