It is proposed to test the statistical method of linear and multivariate urban environmental noise of Coral and Etall in the southern sector of Quito, for validation in 2021, which consists of performing a regression of three independent variables (speed, light vehicular flow and heavy vehicular flow) and a dependent variable (noise level). For the measurement of noise in the South sector Av. Quitumbe Ñan, the instrument of the integrating sound level meter, model 407780 was used for two weeks from Monday to Sunday from 7:00. to 19:00., that is, 120 data are obtained per day. The measurement of the variables allowed to determine the relationship between the independent variables with the level of experimental sound pressure. In addition, this analysis shows that the multivariate model is the most acceptable for application in the south of the city. The result of the research determined that noise maintains a variant trend, which is related to the number of vehicles that circulate on the street, as well as the speed of them, it is evident that during the day the noise changes constantly until 7:00 p.m., so the analysis of the model is oriented to evaluate the statistical methods of simple linear regression, as well as the multiple are valid for the selected sector in 2021.es
