| Zusammenfassung: | El proyecto Vivienda Temporal en el Barrio La Tola, nace por la necesidad de responder al análisis contextual del sitio, que principalmente se enfoca en compartir espacios con la comunidad del barrio y los diferentes usuarios que visitan La Tola. Parte del marco teórico de hotel boutique se centra en los parámetros de privacidad para dos clases de usuarios que existen dentro de este tipo de edificaciones. (Usuario Temporal - Usuario Permanente). Una característica del barrio La Tola es su vista al centro histórico de Quito, por ese motivo el proyecto se centra en darle valor a esta característica y que el usuario pueda aprovecharla. El hotel está diseñado en cuatro bloques que varían su altura dependiendo de la actividad, y que se relacionan a través de áreas verdes que sirven como plazas de conexión entre espacios. La planta baja de cada bloque es semi- privada, toda clase de usuario puede hacer uso de esos espacios y recorrer todo el proyecto desde la calle Valparaíso, hasta la calle Los Ríos. Los espacios privados del hotel son las habitaciones que están ubicadas a partir del segundo piso con el fin de dar seguridad y privacidad al usuario huésped. Estos espacios se encuentran en los bloques dos y cuatro para que no exista interrupción de vista al centro de la ciudad |
| Beschreibung: | The Temporary Housing project in La Tola neighborhood was born from the need to respond to the contextual analysis of the site, which mainly focuses on sharing spaces with the neighborhood community, and the different users who visit La Tola. It starts from the boutique hotel theoretical framework and focuses on the privacy parameters for two classes of users that exist within this type of building. (Temporary User - Permanent User). A characteristic of the La Tola neighborhood is its view of the historic center of Quito, for this reason the project focuses on giving value to this characteristic and that the user can take advantage of it. The hotel is designed in four blocks that vary in height depending on the activity, and that are related through green areas that serve as connecting plazas between spaces. The ground floor of each block is semi-private, all kinds of users can make use of these spaces and walk through the entire project from Valparaíso Street to Los Ríos Street. The private spaces of the hotel are the rooms that are located from the second floor in order to provide security and privacy to the guest user. These spaces are located in blocks two and four so that there is no interruption of the view of the city center |
