The objective of this work was to establish the main differences between composting traditional, bokashi and vermiculture, to facilitate the management of plant material from Pruning waste at the RosaPrima Floricultural Estate 2008. Changes in biotransformed plant material in physical properties were evaluated, chemical and biological A Field Design was carried out, with three treatments and each with three repetitions, for a total of nine experimental units. For each trial they were used different inputs, in the traditional compost we used fresh chopped plant material, husk, water and molasses, in the case of bokashi fresh chopped plant material, husk, water and to this Inoculated with effective microorganisms (EM), while vermiculture began its process with the previously mature plant material and in which three kilos of red worm were placed in each bed. Six variables were evaluated as pH, electrical conductivity and temperature, amount of nutrients (N, P, K), carbon nitrogen ratio and microbial load, which were treated by means of statistical analysis, showing in this way results of similarities and of differences between the three trials. As conclusions of this study it was observed that compost and bokashi present similarities in terms of nutrient quantity and microbial load, so it is recommended that In future studies, work with more repetitions and analyze them individually to be able to have differences that would help to give a better response to the treatment of waste from pruning of the Rosa Prima Floricultural Estate.-
