Manipulación manual de carga y posturas forzadas en personal masculino de bodega en una empresa de telecomunicaciones

Abstract

Establish levels of ergonomic risk due to manual handling of loads and forced postures in male warehouse personnel, determine which task represents the highest level of ergonomic risk, and identify the absolute and relative frequency by body segment, age group and attribution of pain. Materials and methods: Descriptive cross-sectional study, carried out on 5 workers of a warehouse in their respective jobs. The personnel were evaluated using the ergonomic method REBA for forced postures analyzed with the ERGO Study Software, NIOSH Equation for manual load handling, physically evaluating with a tape measure and goniometer, and the Nordic Kuorinka Questionnaire to determine the absolute and relative frequency by body segment, age group and pain attribution analyzed with SPSS Version 24 Software. Results: Moderate risk level (2.81) was determined due to manual handling of loads, high and very high risk levels due to forced postures adopted by warehouse workers when they bend down or get closer to the floor (2nd and 1st level) and by the Nordic Questionnaire discomfort was determined in the neck and wrist segment with 60.00%, by group of 28 to 30 years (age) and 2 to 3 years (experience) in neck with 100.00%, by attribution of pain in the dorsal or lumbar region due to to overload with 60.00%. Conclusion: A possible relationship of symptoms (Nordic) of the 40-year-old group and 6 years of experience is established, presenting discomfort with 100.00% in the elbow and asymmetric range of 100.00% of the same segment (REBA).
